My Plan for the Chippenham Constituency

I am honoured to have been selected to stand as the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for the new Chippenham Constituency, since my selection, I have been out and about speaking to residents, visiting to local businesses and charities, finding out what you would like to change and how I can help you. It would be an honour to represent you in Parliament and below I have set out my plan for the constituency.

  • Representation at every level

    If I am lucky enough to be elected to represent you, my promise to you is that I will make constituency work my principal focus.

  • Environment

    One of my overriding principles is my commitment to helping us all leave the environment in a better state than we found it.

  • Infrastructure and Planning

    I will champion properly planned development with buy in from residents through open and meaningful consultation. We need road, rail and cycle routes, doctor’s surgeries, dentists, schools and shops that the community benefits from.

  • Health Services

    I will Lobby government to help build new doctors and dentist surgeries in our communities and will start by pushing for an expansion of the Community Diagnostic Hubs to allow doctors to access early diagnostic tools.  Every child in our constituency must have access to dental care and to profe

  • Education and Opportunity

    It is imperative that we encourage students to follow their education path of choice at post 16. Going to University is not the only path to a great career.  I will champion hands on apprenticeships through cooperation between enterprises and local schools and training providers.

  • Defence

    We all recognise the selflessness and bravery that members of the Armed Forces display in service of our country and thank them for their sacrifice.
